Are you licensed and insured?

YES, We carry a commercial liability insurance with a coverage of $2 million. In addition we carry all WSIB insurance requirements and are a fully registered business.

Will I receive a written quote?

YES. We pride ourselves on providing a written, detailed quote within 2 hours of the in-person consultation.

Will you sub out my painting project to another contractor?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! In order to ensure the quality and the craftsmanship and establish trust with our clients, we NEVER sub out your project to the lowest bidder… All painters are our employees, criminally checked and insured, as well as trained by us to provide you with the ultimate experience.

Who will be in my house during the project?

Every project is conducted by our awesome painters. Every crew has a foreman and a project manager (who is usually the same person that quoted the job).

What is the process from start to finish with you?

The OnBudget Way is extremely simple: call, email or text us to schedule your FREE estimate whenever is good for you. Receive your detailed estimate within 2 hours of the consultation and decide to go with us. Book your painting date with OnBudget Painting. Be amazed at the work and end results, and refer us to your friends. It really is that simple!

What paints do you use?

After many years in the industry using every paint on the market, we choose to use Benjamin Moore Paints or Sherwin-Williams Paints on the majority of our jobs.

Can you help me choose a color?

YES. We will gladly go through different color options with you, and for projects over $1000, we provide 1 hour of paint selection consultation with our interior designer at no cost!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit cards, interac email transfer, cheque or cash.

Will you move my furniture?

Yes, we will move and cover your furniture, floors, and personal belongings to protect them from paint debris. We will also move wall decorations and put them back up. You are responsible for moving fragile items.
